Therefore, this study can expect ethanolic extract the active ingredients, increasing the function of Hsian-tsao. This study different with ethanol concentration ( 20 %, 40 %, 60 % and 80 %) and extract of Hsian-tsao, analyze the antioxidant activity of extracts: DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, reducing power; antioxidants: total phenols, total flavonoids test, protects against H2O2-induced Raw 264.7 macrophages and inhibition of reactive oxygen species (ROS) test. The 60 % ethanolic extract of Mesona has the strongest and the 20 % ethanolic extract of Mesona has the worst that DPPH and ABTS scavenge activity, reducing power, protects against H2O2-induced Raw 264.7 macrophages and inhibition of reactive oxygen species (ROS). Measured antioxidant contents, 60 % ethanolic extract has the higest content of Mesona, and 20 % ethanolic extract has the lowest. From the results, 60 % ethanol extract of immortality has the potential to develop functional foods and increase the economic value of Mesona.
