Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 自動化工程系碩士班 === 104 === In order to improve the positioning accuracy of precision machine, this study focus on the machine tool and robot positioning errors, develops a low-cost and high-precision measurement system with image sensor, beam-profile-variable laser sources, computer software programs and image processing. This paper develops the positioning errors test system with digital camera array in machine tools. The detection part includes the positioning error and the repeatability. The comparison of the system and the laser interferometer was completed. The system stability is about 1.0~1.5 μm. In the part of repeatability, X-axis is 3 μm, Y-axis is 3 μm and Z-axis is 4 μm. The positioning error test system with digital camera in robot was developed in this paper. It can detect the XYZ axes positioning error simultaneously. The detection part includes the repeatability. X-axis is 8 μm, Y-axis is 6 μm and Z-axis is 22 μm.
