Summary: | 碩士 === 國立聯合大學 === 客家語言與傳播研究所 === 104 === This study investigated the collective construction of the Hakka community to foreign enterprises, respectively, by community residents and employees and also have two of the construction process of the identity of persons to understand and analyze how the community and the collective construction of Changchun achieve process identity. The subjects were nearby Miaoli Changchun Petrochemical (Fu'an, the Fuxing in the) residents, mainly discussed residents of Hakka community in the community awareness looked up of the current situation, and how to create local economic development, strike a balance of community and ecological environment, and integrated into the community and corporate ethics in of the concept place in the course of practice. The study cited the relevant knowledge, combine the two ideas of power analysis, Foucault's discourse analysis as a reference.
The research utilizes the in-depth interview to snowball the way, conduct interviews for the of community (Fu'an, the Fuxing in the) residents and representatives, business executives and internal staff.
The main findings of this study are as follows:
First, Changchun in practice and implementing community Ethics and of community residents and the gap between the construction of identity.
Second, the community awareness of community residents than residents and employees who.
Third, community residents to foreign companies stationed for many years and the formation of local collective reflection.
Fourth, the community put forward different views on the Changchun fulfill community civic practice.

Seven, companies from the point of view of Foucault on employment policy, can be found by the majority of passengers using local Hispanic residents to become major population structure, making the community naturally follow mainstream opinion (strong opinions) values, and can not have more diverse views and opinions, and then construct their own community self-value system.
