The objectives of the study include (1) To examine the how trust, perceived value and perceived ease to use influence to intention to use. (2) To examine intention to use influence to . (3) To examine intention to use can influences to actual system use. (4) To compare TAM between Mongolia and Taiwan This questionnaire has a two parts. The first parts involves nominal and ordinal scale items used to collect basic information about respondent’s demographics including age, gender, occupational status, education level and usage of mobile banking. The second part includes seven points “Likert scales”, ranging from (1) “Very strongly disagree” to (7) “very strongly agree”. All respondents in the population were issued with questionnaires. In this research, data are collected by using two steps. First, the pretest was taken and a sample of 50 Mongolian and 40 Taiwanese respondents was surveyed online. Next, a sample of 217 Mongolian and 146 Taiwanese respondents was also surveyed online. This research provides in understanding of the determining of the factors influence Mongolian and Taiwanese mobile banking users intention to adopt mobile banking. The components of “Trust”, and “Perceived ease of use” can significantly affect “Intention to use” in Mongolia and Taiwan. Only “Perceived value” can significantly affect “Intention to use” in Taiwan, but not in Mongolian. The component of “Intention to use” has very strong relationship with “Actual system use (Usage)” in Mongolia and Taiwan
