This study simulates piezoelectric material high-frequency characteristics of the surface acoustic wave through Mason Equivalent Circuit Model. In the equivalent circuit model, we try to include a modification factors to simulate the difference between the ideal model and the actual process, and then analyze the possible determinants for the differences. Through this model, we made the actual measurements and comparison, thereby discovering a good degree of agreement. This finding can provide designers with a basis of designing the Surface Acoustic Wave Resonator, so that they would reduce the time and expenses spent on design of experiment, as well as shorten the periodic span of research and development.
