Signal Integrated (SI), Power Integrated (PI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) are circuit’s important electronic characteristic which can’t be ignore and affect each other. Get circuit’s electronic characteristic by measurement but the characteristic always be whole circuit’s characteristic not the weak position on circuit. And this is the reason why use near-field system to measure circuit. Differential pairs crosstalk and signal discontinued noise are important circuit characteristic. In this paper will investigation those by near-field system. Through the measurement by near-field system, circuit’s electromagnetic radiation pattern can be known. The electromagnetic radiation pattern would show the hot point where weak position is and designers can make better design. And finally, will show the time domain electromagnetic radiation pattern which are about differential crosstalk and signal discontinued noise measurement result.
