In order to achieve enterprise cost reduction and economic profits, most businesses have realized the basic requirements of quality system management and further control the nonconforming products to be more efficient. The ISO 9000 system is a well-known standards that not only take new version of ISO standards as an ordinary quality management tool, but also use it to be more efficient of companywide and improve customer satisfaction.
The latest edition of ISO 9001 has been published in September 2015 since previous revision of year 2008. This new version has been revised to meet the needs of today’s business model which summarized ISO 9001:2015 over years of experts and organization’s feedbacks. It allows organizations to relocate the position by basing on the same basic risk management and new high-level structure Annex SL in future management and strategic deployment.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the case T-company on how to identify and strengthen the key success factors to ensure a successful conversion during ISO 9001:2015 Quality System transition process for the company. First, this study uses Difference Analysis, Content Analysis and Delphi Method to select and rank the key factors. Secondly, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is adoped to confirm the priority of these key factors that need to be improved. Base on the analysis, solutions and actions are proposed. In addition, the continual improvement activity was suggestd for each management level to increase operational efficiency and enhance performance and competitiveness of the case company.
