Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理學院MBA === 104 === ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study was to investigate the status and relationship of work pressure and pressure response of flight information officers of Civil Aeronautics Administration. Specifically discuss: 1.The status of work pressure and pressure response of flight information officers of Civil Aeronautics Administration. 2.The background variables show significant differences on work pressure/pressure response of flight information officers of Civil Aeronautics Administration. 3.The relationship of work pressure and pressure response of flight information officers of Civil Aeronautics Administration. 4.Based on the study result, we could make suggestions to flight information officers, organizations and further researchers for reference. To achieve the purposes stated above, we used questionnaire survey to develop the tool “The examination of flight information officer pressure sheet” and took 6-8 grade flight information officers as study object in this study. After analyzing the statistics, we could obtain the following conclusions: 1.The over-all perception of work pressure of flight information officers was about medium level, and the maximum perception of work pressure was “work characteristic”. 2.The over-all work pressure response of flight information officers was no severe and the major pressure response was “psychological response”. 3.Flight information officers’ work pressure was significantly different among their background variables. 4.Flight information officers’ work pressure response was significantly different among their background variables. 5.There was positive correlation between work pressure and pressure response of flight information officers.
