Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 材料科學與工程系 === 104 === The study mainly discusses the character of the composing and physics on the process of water-bond polyurethane/acrylic latex hybrid production by foam coating processing technology.Then we Coated on Tyvek® paper and heat-sealed with a polyethylene film to complete the disposable medical supplies Paper / Poly pouch. First water-based polyurethane and water-based acrylic mixed by hybrid technology in different proportion,and then foaming of different turn.After this we utilize Thermal Gravity Analyzer 、Differential Scanning Calorime、LUMisizer® to investigate the stability of the bubble and thermal capability.Then latex coated on Tyvek® and 70 ℃ dried for 10 minutes. At last we utilize Scanning Electron Microscopy、 Atomic Force Microscope System、peeling strength、ventilation to discuss physical capability.
