Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 104 === For Fe-Mn15.9Al4.2 (wt.%) magnetic bulk alloy, we used strain gauge to conduct magnetostrictive experiments. Mechanical properties were measured Young’s modulus and Shear modulus by Resonant Frequency & Damping Analyser under magnetic field and Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer. We used magnetron sputtering to deposite Fe-Co19Ga17(at.%) thin films on Si(100) substrate. The amount of saturated magnetostriction was calculated by optical magnetostriction. The thin film’s topography and magnetic domain was observed by AFM and MFM. And it was analyzed components by SEM-EDS. All of specimen’s structural property was investigated by X-ray diffraction and measured magnetic property by vibration sample magnetometer.
