Objective mold flow analysis software of this study in the plastic gear product design and mold development, design flaws in previously discovered and removed, while taking advantage of the software to see many microscopic phenomena, such as: runner imbalance, jet effect, combined with the line, shrink warp , 3D fiber row direction, the jet phenomenon ... etc., shorten product launch date and time, then the injection molding Taguchi method to find the best price conditions, and produce more value, improve competitiveness in the same industry.
