Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 104 === In this thesis, the controller based on fuzzy logic controller is modeled with MATLAB/Simulink. The controller regulates two references which are time reference and third rail voltage reference. The time reference is the desired time in order to satisfy the passenger’s demand and the third rail reference is used to prevent the train operating in low or high voltage. The output of the fuzzy controller is a proper speed reference which is used to regulate the speed of the train. The aims of this controller are to reduce energy consumption and maintain inter-station running time of the train An onboard energy storage system (ESS) which is used as supercapacitor is also modeled. The supercapacitor is designed alongside half-bridge bidirectional converter to determine the charging or discharging mode of the supercapacitor. A simple PI controller is used to control the charging and discharging current of the supercapacitor. Two case studies are presented to observe that the controller and supercapacitor can reduce the energy consumption while still maintain the desired running time.
