Among them, the hot water heating and air-conditioning required enormous energy operating costs directly. It affect ticket prices set strategy.Apparently, HSLI is facing giant competitions.However, the previous studies have neglected the capital budget analysis of Air Cooling Multi-Funtion Heat Pump Apllied to HSLI. Therefore, this study aims to discuss the process and the future trends of HVAC-business and provide the insights of how capital budget analysis (IRR、Net value) improve the performance and competition of HSLI. By employing a case of Taiwanese leisure club, our findings show that: (1) Due to the unique industrial characteristics, the transformation process of HVAC running charge in HSLI is more important than other service industries.Therefore, if reduce the running charge, we must look for energe-saving HVAC equipment. (2) In terms of marketing and business aspects, the capital budget analysis needs to be focused on the financial side. (3) The key elements for a successful HVAC charge reduction of HSLI may include the following:(a) The efficiency of the energy-saving heat pump is high. In other words, the operating cost is low (2)The maintenance cost of the energy-saving heat pump is low. The conclusions of this study not only can be applied to other kinds of heat pump, but also contributed to other enengy saving products.
