Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 104 === Driving forces such as the Internet, smart phones, e-commerce, instant messaging, social media communities, APP, 4G mobile networks have all set the technological trend that we heve experienced and are experiencing in recent years. Likewise, BIM (Building Information Modeling) has become an innovative driver to the construction industry. Although the core of this research is BIM, we will emphasize on its information and relate to other literatures as references. This study classifies and charts out this BIM information (into interoperability standardization, big data infrastructure, internet, intelligence, cloud services, internet of things) and links them together to form the final concept which we believe will bring a new wave of innovation to the construction industry. Alternatively, this study uses the high value added solution as a second perspective to further explore BIM-4D (Schedule Control), BIM-5D (Cost Control), and BIM-6D (Facility & Operation Management,) BIM-IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) BIM-IOT (Internet of Things), and IBMS (Intelligent Building Management System). All in all, this research depicts the transforming process of an intelligence construction: there are roughly three hundred Chinese projects from 2D to 3D Model through Revit Modelling. We also used Autodesk Revit SDK to develop plug-ins softwares such as isBIM QS. one could further use isBIM QS to attach codes to 3D elements which allows me to establish an element code database. This classification database will be the only code to precisely link to the real construction objeccts spatial parametric. Along with the two aforementioned perspectives, thi study brings in the concept of “Common Technological Stack” to form this thesis entitled “A building information modeling framework based on intelligent data application”. we expect that this thesis becomes a valuable foundation for the industry and a basis for future researches.
