In this study, home security and development in the healthcare system of SKS Inc. is investigated to resolve this issue. A case study is conducted to explore product design for the elderly and service business model using cloud platform. In this study, the Internet of Things technology is used in the service procedure. The business service model provided by the case firm enables a silver market growth, by combining different industry experts to provide one-stop service chain for the elderly population.
