But it doesn’t seem effective. In this paper, we analyze the developing background and the current situation of the major four areas in the world, China, Europe, America, and Japan, according to the trend of global electric assisted bicycle industry. Also analyze the current industry development and propose a transportation that allows people to have leisure riding or short-distance commuting. And thereby set into action, to vary the ideas of electric bicycles using, and to slow down Taiwan's air pollution and traffic problems. Therefore, the present study is about analyzing the business model of the electric assisted bicycles in every country. Then conclude each country’s business model orientation of electric assisted bicycles. And set each country’s business model of electric bicycles as a guide for Taiwan to create their own possible business model of electric assisted bicycles in the future according to the present law and the benefit policy of Taiwan government. And also propose suggestions for the future developing of Taiwan’s electric assisted bicycles industry. This study analyzes the secondary data and related research that collected from each country with qualitative research methods. Then conclude the business model of electric assisted bicycle industry of each country. We find that every country gets into the market with diversified mode which is one of the contributions of this study. So that developing the business model for electric assisted bicycle industry for Taiwan through learning from the experiences of other countries’ electric assisted bicycle industries. At the first stage, the goal of business model is about vehicle sailing. And at the same time, expand the business of vehicle rental, which makes the second contribution of this study. At last, this study provides further recommendations that we can expand the market of electric assisted bicycles through setting up the appropriate public policy, learning from the program of car rentals in the city, and having the convenient environment with charging equipments, which is the third contribution of this study.
