| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 104 === This case study is regarding to JH-Auto Machine Corp. which is a small and medium company and engaged in developing and manufacturing of automatic facilities for PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing. At the present time, PCB manufacturing is using automatic facilities as the major process, but still part of process need human touch. JH-Auto is focusing on PCB Auto Edge Beveling Machine over 20 years and the customers are all over the Asia major PCB manufacturers who are recognized JH-Auto’s products.
Since 2011, Germany raised the evolution concept of Industrial 4.0 which is leading the trend of smart manufacture and effecting the future operation of manufacturers. As an automatic facility suppler of JH-Auto, their developing department has to consider how to create the product which can support their customer to migrate to smart manufacture in the near future. In this case study, Mr. Lee who is developing department manager and dedicated in automatic facility developing. He will re-evaluate the capability including internal and external resources and provide the evaluation proposal when JH-Auto get the inquiry from the customer for smart factory solution.
