From dawn to dusk, birth to death, having food and beverage is the most magnificent adventure. Food makes one nostalgic, as well as remembering fondly the good time in the past. Food culture and dining derive from a long-term life experience, through which one discovers the creation of elements from a person’s inner emotion and feelings. My research originated from living, observing and pondering life’s meaning. From the diet aesthetic view of nature it defines the harmonious relationship between humans and the universe. We live in order to facilitate the way of heaven to benefit others by emulating the law of universe. In this study the root of creation integrated the various theoretical basis of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism on food (eating and drinking) as an intrinsic meaning to enrich the themes, associated with food in the paintings. My research originated from living, observing and pondering life’s meaning. From the diet aesthetic view of nature it defines the harmonious relationship between humans and the universe.
