In this paper, the famously agricultural capital of Taiwan, Yunlin County as a research subject, Yunlin County Government to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture, subsidies to local farmers for many years, counseling means GREENHOUSE production equipment to produce high quality of vegetables, flowers and fruit trees. The safety and quality of agricultural products to establish healthy production environment, "Safe Agriculture" policy, driven by growth from crops, cultivation and management and pesticide management, and do source control, combined with the promotion of agricultural production equipment, increasing agricultural productivity. Yunlin County''s agricultural output from 2005, NT $ 47.9 billion, growing to NT $ 72.6 billion in 2014, the implementation of agricultural policies for agricultural development have significant results. In this study, a cross-sectional study design was conducted via self-structured questionnaire collected by paper, in which 303 effective questionnaires, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test and analysis of variance statistics. Finally, according to the results that through important agricultural import quantity and price, the policy support measures to reduce the investment costs of farmers and agricultural equipment and upgrade farmers production quality, agricultural export opportunities arising from joining TPP, in order to safeguard the interests of sustainable development of agriculture and farmers.
