The company history including several times Acquisitions、sponsoring the non- profit organizations for a long time、well-designed core values etc,tells why this company can continuously grow up since 2008 ( ACGR:6.91%) and position the products on the market as top 1/3 price. All the events such as good growth history 、holding the 2015 IPO plan to achieve the long term strategy etc. are directly related to the respected funder whose strongly long term commitment and passionate in the bike industry. In the headquarter office, there is no private office to all Sr. Managers 、 office surrounded with Bike Ride path、 half of employees biking to Work which result in the beloved environment to bike and a high engagement company。 I, as a Asia Human Resources Staff , not only try to understand how a company operates a high price and high gross margin market but also try to do the advanced research from the organization design、human resources organization、human resources role and function perspectives to assess the rationality of organization designation to improve organization efficiency and support this company continuous growth through keeping focusing on the products designation and research. Before the recommendations are proposed with combination of Thesis and Practical Experiences,more research of related theses or papers are studied and of course, some inputs come from personal Human Resources experiences for many years。 For the knowledge economics rises, Human Resources function plays more and more important role。This differences research between International Human Resources and traditional Human Resources function are also included which our Human Resources worker can review own function status aiming to be a more aggressively strategic role。Expecting this study can be a referendum of the organization designation 、 human resources function benefiting the long term organization growth. At the End , Several Human Resources and global trends are shared such as technology 、individualism、multigenerational working place、 Frequent Acquisition、subsidiary employees asking the equal right with Head quarter’s etc. Which can be the further study topics to the Human Resources Workers. Hoping this study can inspire more discussion on the international Human Resources management and different view point to our domestic companies if facing the bottleneck on the branding and product research /development.
