Therefore, this way to encourage sales of the demand for logistics enterprises. Logistics industry is a low entry threshold but highly competitive business. How to survive and sustainable development are the critical questions for themselves. There are a lot of problems in the development process, so we need further research and planning. The purpose of this research is to discuss the logistic strategy of Logistics industry by looking down into different perspectives.
In view of the above, this research uses PEST Analysis to evaluate the external environment of logistic industry, and uses the Five Force Model to evaluate the future of logistics industry. Furthermore, we chooses the interview of case company as background to explain the theoretical perspective to clarify the strategic vision, internal and external environment. Next, it uses SWOT to analysis the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. Finally, the four perspectives of BSC, namely finance, the customer, the internal flow, and learning and growth, are used to construct the process which can confirm substantial steps to establish strategy to allow logistics industry to utilize.
