Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 國家發展研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this thesis is to analyze whether there will be a positive correlation between Cross-Culture Adjustment、Social Support、Leaning Achievement of Overseas Chinese Students with the degree of their intentions to work in Taiwan after graduation. Based on this, after organizing and analyzing from various bibliographies, the research indicates that the adaptation of Overseas Chinese Students has a great impact on their intentions to work in Taiwan. An significant example will be the gap between Cross-Culture adjustment、Social Support、Leaning Achievement with intention to Work in Taiwan affects the most. In order to ensure the mentioned assumptions above, this research targets Overseas Chinese Students who study for more than four years in Taiwan, and is conducted questionnaires. Descriptive statistics have been implemented together with a clear analysis of correlation, and not only that, the Binary logistic regression has also been clearly analyzed. Based on the analysis, the research also discovered : (1) Cross-Culture adjustment of Overseas Chinese Students have positive influences on intention to work in Taiwan;(2) Gender、host country and the host country family support are the key factors for Overseas Chinese Students whether to work in Taiwan or not.
