This examining was designed to investigate the impact of repurchase intentions of professional competences and service quality travel and tourism industry in tour guides for tourist satisfaction, the examining tour organized for the completion of the run the package tourists, convenience sampling method adopted questionnaires, 345 valid questionnaires were collected. Through statistical software SPSS version 12.0 software package SmartPLS 3.0 and the least squares method, structural equation model analysis (Structural Equation Modeling; SEM). The examining found the following: (1) tour guides’ professional competences have significant positive impact on service quality and tourist satisfaction; (2) tour guides’ service quality has a positive significant impact on tourist satisfaction and repurchase intentions; (3) tourist satisfaction has a positive significant impact on repurchase intentions; (4) tour guides’ professional competences have no significant positive effect on the tourist repurchase intentions; (5) tour guides’ professional competences for tour guides’ service quality can be explained variance of 56.7%; (6) tour guides’ professional competences, tour guides’ service quality for tourist satisfaction merge explain variation amounted to 54.5%; (7) tour guides’ professional competences, tour guides’ service quality, tourist satisfaction for tourist repurchase intentions may merge explained variance amounted to 70.7%. Finally with expected results of this examining, the development of tour guides and travel organizations to provide contributions to strengthen the professional competences and service quality of tour guides, effectively enhance tourist satisfaction and repurchase intentions. 陳宜檉 博士 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 98 zh-TW
