SiMe3-2-SH)2(C6H5)] result in the formation of a six-coordinated metal complexes which are [PPN][MI(CO)3P(C6H4-2-S)2(C6H5)] and [PPN]
[MI(CO)3P(C6H3-3-SiMe3-2S)2(C6H5)].In addition, we use rhenium(Re) as a substitute for manganese(Mn) and other ligands to form two other coordination compounds PS3=P(C6H4-2-SH)3 and PS3SiMe3=P(C6H3-3-
SiMe3-2-SH)3 named [ReI(CO)3P(C6H3-2-S)2(C6H3-2-SH)] and [ReI(CO)3P(C6H3-3-SiMe3-2-S)2(C6H3-3-SiMe3-2-SH)]。Herein, we will analyze the spectral properties and cyclic voltammetry (CV) of these complexes to explore the possibility whether it has dihydrogen production in electrochemically.
