Due to the great development of hair dressing industry in Taiwan, there are more and more hair salons opening . Hair dressing is a labor-intensive industry, human resource is the most important factor for salons, employees need to face the consumer directly. As described above, firm needs to find out which kind of person can fit this job, also thinking about increasing job satisfaction, employee well-being, organizational commitment and job performance. We are going to use SPSS calculate system to do the analysis. After that, we do the reliability analysis, validity analysis, regression analysis and cross-analysis. The research focus on personality, job satisfaction, employee well-being, organizational commitment and job performance. As the result, it shows that : 1.The agreeableness personality has significant effect on job satisfaction. 2.The conscientiousness personality has significant effect on employee well-being. 3.The agreeableness personality has significant effect on organizational commitment. 4.Job satisfaction has significant effect on organizational commitment. 5.Employee well-being has significant effect on organizational commitment. 6.Job satisfaction has not effect on job performance. 7.Employee well-being has significant effect on job performance. 8.Organizational commitment has significant effect on job performance.
