Smart diagnose system can not only reduce costs, and ensure patients receive timely, adequate, quality, safe and effective treatment, and can provide real-time information both doctors and patients more accurately. Many teaching hospitals have been implemented mobile diagnose system. Mobile era will bring mobile medical clinic using the diagnose system to create a new medical model, to create new medical business model. In this paper, based on Technology Acceptance Model and External factors, we discuss the intention of the implement of mobile medical system in Chinese medicine clinics. In this study, the integration of "external factors - informational influence, normative influence, self-efficacy," " perceived ease of use ", " perceived usefulness", "behavioral intention to use"" and "self-satisfaction" to discuss impact and verification of the intention to implement mobile medical system, which can provide a reference index of Chinese medicine clinics and follow-researchers. This study through convenience sampling method and questionnaires on physicians used mobile medical system。35 valid samples were collected and the application of statistical analysis and structural equation model to hypothesis empirically testing. The results show: 1. "Perceived ease of use” of mobile medical systems have significant positive impact on the "perceived usefulness." 2. "Perceived ease of use” and "perceived usefulness" of mobile medical systems have significant positive impact on the "behavioral intention to use". 3. "Behavioral intention to use" of mobile medical systems have significant positive impact on the "self-satisfaction ". 4. "External factors - informational influence, normative influence, self-efficacy" have significant positive impact on the "perceived usefulness " and "behavioral intention to use" of mobile medical systems.
