Theoretically, there are two conclusions, first, when people raise the degree of importance of social status, more people will select higher social status vocation and fewer people will select lower social status vocation, resulting in inefficient allocation of labor. Then, the level of capital、output、consumption and lifetime utility will cut back. Second, the government may choose to subsidize the labor of lower social status vocation to improve the economy. In addition, there are two conclusions from the numerical analysis, first, when the production share of higher social status vocation increases, more people will select higher social status vocation and fewer people will select lower social status vocation, resulting in inefficient allocation of labor. Then, the level of capital、output、consumption and lifetime utility will cut back. Second, when the production share of lower social status vocation increases, fewer people will select higher social status vocation. But increased production share of lower social status vocation will decrease the capital share, leading to a reduction of capital. Then, the level of output、consumption and lifetime utility will indirectly decrease. LU,CHIA-HUI 盧佳慧 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 34 zh-TW
