Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 104 === This study links motivation-opportunity-ability (MOA) perspective and psychological capital, and entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, this study not only discuss the relationship between motivation, opportunity, ability and psychological capital but also understand the influence on entrepreneurial intention. The sample was collected from entrepreneurial training-course participants in Taiwan through the questionnaire survey. A sample of 372 valid questionnaires was collected. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is adopted to examine the reliability and validity of measurement. And this study uses regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. The results of the study found that: (1) Motivation, opportunity and entrepreneurial psychological capital have a direct and positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. (2) Ability affects entrepreneurial intentions through motivation, opportunity and entrepreneurial psychological capital. (3) Entrepreneurial psychological capital affects entrepreneurial intention through motivation and opportunity.
