Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育學系教育創新與評鑑碩士班在職專班 === 104 === In order to develop fifth graders’ psychological capital, A “Design for Change (DFC) challenge” program with the framework of FEEL, IMAGINE, DO and SHARE was designed and implemented. 25 fifth graders (14 boys, 13 girls) participated in the action research at 29 study periods. The data was collected by several ways, including emotional notes, self-reflection diaries, class observations and subjects’ worksheets. “The Psychological Capital Questionnaire for Elementary School Students” was used to measure the progress of psychological capital for participants. The following is the result of this study :
1. The DFC challenge program is based on the framework of DFC and combined with the psychological capital development strategies. The program can be applied to DFC challenge program for fifth graders to develop their psychological capital.
2. After the DFC challenge program, the participants’ self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resiliency and total score of psychological capital have significantly improved.
3. By the action research, researcher are able to transform the psychological capital theories into teaching practice. Via each stage of the program, teacher facilitated students to engage in explore challenge, finding out solutions, facing the frustration and challenge appear during the process are aimed to develop students' self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience, and furthermore change mental capital severely.
