Questionnaire survey is applied to achieve the purpose with “Self –identity Questionnaire” and “Well-being Questionnaire” as research tools. The way of stratified purposive sampling is used to select the senior students as subject. 1,140 questionnaires were developed and distributed to the senior students in elementary school , and 986 valid questionnaires were collected and organized. The valid return rate is 96.1%. After collection of survey samples, the researcher put the raw datum into the models, such as descriptive statistics, the t-test of independent samples, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis, to run the procession of analysis. The results of the study were as following: The self-identity of the senior students in elementary school in Taipei City is in the medium high level among which the personal identity has the highest scores.The well-being of the senior students in elementary school in Taipei City is in the medium high level among which the self-fufilling has the highest scores. Students with different area, age, father’s working type, economy status and birth order show significant difference of the self-identity. Students with different area, gender,age, birth order and parents’ working type and economy status show significant difference of the well-being. The self-identity of the elementary school senior students in Taipei City has important positive with the well-being. After controlling the self-identity of the elementary school senior students in Taiper City is predictable to the well-being. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study mentioned above, the suggestions of the research also would be proposed to the elementary school teachers and the students’ parents.
