Questionnaire survey was used in this study. The survey took elementary school administrative teachers in New Taipei City as population with stratified random sampling, 711 copies of questionnaire were distributed, the overall response rate was 86%, effective response rate was 81%. Data was analyzed with using the statistic methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and simple regression analysis. Main conclusions made up from the research are as the following: 1.New Taipei City Elementary administrative teachers generally perceived emotional labor, in which the performance of " regulations of emotional displays " is ideal. 2.There were significant differences in which of New Taipei City Elementary administrative teachers' consciousness of the emotional labor due to various of teachers’ age, marital status , job position. 3.New Taipei City Elementary administrative teachers generally perceived administrative effectiveness, in which the performance of "leadership performance" is ideal. 4.There were significant differences in which of New Taipei City Elementary administrative teachers' consciousness of the administrative effectiveness due to various of teachers’ gender, age , time period of administrative service, job position. 5.The emotional labor and administrative teachers’ administrative effectiveness are positively correlated. 6.Emotional labor of administrative teachers has a positive predictive power on administrative effectiveness. In summary, the advice could be generated according to the finding in this study for administrative teachers, schools, officials of education department to make the policy.
