Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between school organization climate and teacher’s teaching efficacy of elementary schools in New Taipei City. This study uses self-compiled Questionnaire of School Organization Climate and Teacher’s Teaching Efficacy of Elementary Schools in New Taipei City which according to the relevant literatures. This study receives 848 effective questionnaires from the teachers of the public elementary schools in New Taipei City. The research data was analyzed with descriptive statistics and multiple regression. The findings are as following: First, the results show that the school organization climate tends to be good in New Taipei City Elementary Schools and the teacher’s teaching efficacy tends to be high. Secondly, the teacher’s gender and educational background have no impacts on the school organization climate and and the teacher’s teaching efficacy. Then, the perceived school organizational climate varies with age, service seniority, position type, school size, and school history ;the teacher’s teaching efficacy varies with age, service seniority, and school history. Last, the three components of school organizational climate- collaboration, decision making and social-emotional support - correlate with teacher’s teaching efficacy positively. Based on the research findings, suggestions are proposed to the educational administration authorities, elementary schools, and teachers. Future research directions are discussed.
