Methods: Seven males is track and field athlete served as the subject for this study. Than the subject performed no weight group use a fixed height 40 cm drop jump as plyometric training, weight group use fixed height 25 cm and 30% of body weight as a load drop jump as weight plyometric training, after warm up, the CMJ ware performed at 1min,4min,8min,12min rest interval. A Mega speed 25k high speed camera (100Hz), an AMTI force plate (1000Hz) and four Biovision EMG system (1000Hz) are used to synchronously capture kinematical, dynamics and lower limbs EMG parameters of pushing. The film undergoes Kwon3D movement analysis and Direct linear Transformation in order to possess the physical parameters. The primitive signal from the force plate is processsd b DasyLab 6.0 software, low-pass filtering (10Hz) and calibrates modular to calculate the primitive three dimension counterforce, and then obtain the impulse value through integration analysis. The primitive signals of EMG is processed by DAsyLab6.0 software, band-pass filtering, low-pass filtering (10Hz) and full-wave rectification, also obtain the integration EMG through integration analysis. Moreover, the other test for maximum strength (MVC) is regarded as the basis for standardization (100%). Finally, the resulting data undergoes two-way ANOVA via SPSS18.0 statistics software. The level of significance for this experiment is set to a=.05. Result: Results revealed that there was no difference among recovery time interval on counter movement jump performance. Results revealed that there was no difference groups Between on counter movement jump performance. Conclusion: The effect of post-activation potentiation on sports performance will be different individual. Suggestion: If want to use this method to enhance the standard of explosive or lifting motion, the players before the game should be more attempts. WONG,TZU-LIN 翁梓林 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW
