| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 資訊科學系碩士班 === 104 === The goal of the research is to investigate the different levels of education of the officials and soldiers and the relationship of each individual's variables in the mercenary system. This research is conducted through the Navy personnel database with Structured Query Language (SQL) to carry out the classification in secondary data analysis method, and then token these different classifications of data were categorized through the usage of Microsoft Excel. Finally, Minitab and Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) are conducted to analyze the connection between the data and the different levels of education of each individual. The purpose of this research is to provide assistance for the R.O.C Military of National Defense to recruit the soldiers in the future.
The research is conducted through the method of Minitab for statistical analysis : association, best subsets regression analysis, Box-Cox data conversion, comprises subsets regression, analysis of variance (ANOVA), probability plot of residuals, and normal probability plot of residuals. SPSS's simple logistic regression and Chi-square test are also applied to analyze the crucial variables on the different levels of education which is associated with participants' degrees, last two calculated dependent variables' association and odds ratio
