Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 自然科學教育學系 === 104 === The study is to assist elementary pre-service teachers to get the ability of designing and developing the E-learning Game Aid Based on the conception of the Insects; in order to let them to be normal elementary school teachers in the future. Using “Elementary Pre-service Course Entomology Curriculum” to teach how to design EGABI with ADDIE model, and the EGABIs are used in not only nature field about insects unit of elementary extending tutorial but also the aids of teaching students who are afraid of insects or in a bad weather. The purpose of the study is to probe the course to elementary pre-service teachers’ PCK improvement and using TPACK to design EGABI. This study adopted qualitative and quantitate research. It surveyed 26 sophomores attended in the Entomology Course in the Department of Nature Science Education at National University of Education. The researcher carried on class observation, recording the learning of class, and gathering information about the products, including EGABIs, science progress skills and insects learning achievement tests; the evaluation of experts about EGABIs and two tests; extending tutorial in elementary school with pretest-posttest design of two tests; the researcher and tutors write the sheet of pre-service teacher using technology into science education. The researcher used these data to analyze and make a conclusion. The main conclusions are summarized as follow: 1. In ICTS, pre-service teachers get completely the conceptions of ecological environment, reproductive behavior and structures and functions of insects; the concept requiring to increase is life histories with conceptive pictures. 2. Six groups used programs to design EGABI containing game items. Each group contains three items. (Rules, sound-feedbacks and insects additional knowledge base) 3. The EGABIs were evaluated by experts with EGABI’s evaluation (Kappa = .87 > .70). As a result, one group got grade AAA, four groups got grade AA, and one group didn’t achieve the standard. It show most of pre-service teachers could design good quality EGABI after the course. 4. Experts evaluated the two tests. The tests of science progress skills are in good to excellent (4.06 ~ 4.76 points). And five groups the tests of insects learning achievement are in good to excellent (4.02 ~ 4.60 points), and a group is in normal to good grade (3.95 points). 5. There is a significant difference about extending tutorials because Group 3’s science progress skills’ effect size is 0.99, p=.000, and Group 6’s insects learning achievement’s effect size is 0.76, p=.000. There is a significant difference because the Kappa of the sheet of pre-service teacher using technology into science education is .73~.83. Group 2 ranked first of six groups, so it showed Group 2 fit TPACK in EGABI excellently.
