Cruise industry associated with high in economic structure and broad impact‚it is very suitable to use Computable General Equilibrium to conduct cruise industry prior analysis‚so in this study will use global computable general equilibrium GTAP model to be a research tool to analyze Taiwna and Japan’s development of cruise industry. From the simulation results show the situation in Taiwan is more suitable for the development of the cruise industry compared to Japan, and for enhancing the overall economic growth has a significant effect, the Government should actively improve Taiwan Harbors and Ports infrastructure and training of technical personnel to enhance Taiwan international competitiveness. It will be able to attract more international cruise company stationed in Taiwan and also attract more international tourists come to Taiwan to enjoy their journey.
