Based on International Air Transport Association (IATA)’s six major areas of airport self-service options for fast travel, this study investigates the effects of fast travel options on international passengers’ behavioral intention to adopt these self-service technology. The data was collected from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, with 750 questionnaires sent out, 618 received and 582 worked effectively. The data were verified and analyzed via structural equation model. Analytic results, discussions, contributions and implications will be discussed.
