Eight sites were chosen and studied in 22 times between June 26 to November 28, 2015, among two sites which clearly have three kinds of bottom substance - boulders, reef and sand were chosen to study fish cluster in four types of tide- flood tide, ebb tide, high tide and inferior tide each two times. other sites were investigated one time for biography of fish biodiversity. Totally 5452 individuals belonging to 42 family, 82 genus and 117 species were recognized.One-way ANOSIM show that fish community had greatest impact by bottom substance (Global R=0.483, P=0.001) , followed by tides (Global R=0.036, P=0.097) , and the exclusion of the month (Global R=-0.017, P=0.603). In addition, the diversity of fish at flood and high tide is significantly better than at ebb and inferior tide in Mao'ao bay, and the CLUSTER and MDS figure also apparent clustering tides caused. After statistical analysis, although the indexes was mostly non-significant, but still can’t rule out the tidal influence to fish community possibly. The results show that Mao'ao bay has a rich species diversity, and many economic species. Mao'ao bay will be able to devote more resources to the ongoing ecological monitoring, after upgrading to fish farming demonstration zone in 2016. Not only to known effects of fisheries management, but also sustainable track the impact of tidal and other environmental factors on fish community, so that the direction of marine conservation to be more precise.
