Wildlife is free to excessive capturing, causing serious persecution to nature, in order to protect the ecology also meet the aspirations of the human keeping pets, the artificial breeding technology to establish is an urgent issue. In addition, the wild clown fish's body color better then clown fish of the artificial breeding , and reduce consumer willingness to buy, thus brightening method is also an important research topic. The purpose of this thesis into two parts: establishment the breeding technique of Amphiprion rubrocinctus and to study the effect of the body color of different spectrum with T5 bulbs. A. rubrocinctus only appeared in sea area of northern and the western Australian, is rarely appears in the market, many consumers are not know this species even, hoping to open up the market by establishment the breeding technique of A. rubrocinctus. Clown fish mainly in tropical and subtropical climate, thus the keeping environment temperature is not too low, the water temperature about 26 ± 1 ℃ is better. Clown fish has clear social class, thus easily appears the battle, so most will be a great different body size to pairing. Clown fish will spawn on the eve has a series of standard behavior, such as clearing scrap on spawning board, appetite dropped, increasing domain awareness, female fish's abdomen swelling. Fertilized eggs of A. rubrocinctus was orange-red, diameter was 4.3 ~ 4.55 mm, each can spawaning 1000 to 1100 for twice a mouth, the breeding season is October to May. The initial length was 6.06 ± 0.12 mm, the 1st day after hatching can to feeding rotifers, the 4th days after hatching can to feeding brine shrimp, the 60th day after hatching was 25.8 ± 0.66 mm what can to sell. Brightening method is mainly divided into two types, one is feed additives, other is changing environmental parameters. Body color of marine organisms in a particular light can bring out the bright colors, consumers to choose lamps is blue light or blue and white light mix for sea water tanks, because in this spectrum sea water tanks has a great visual effect. Therefore, the experiment II chose the blue spectrum and the white spectrum of T5 lamps, and choose purple spectrum as the experimental group. The results, purple light group and blue light group had better color, followed by white group, the control group was the worst, and the blue light group had the lowest survival rate of 50 %, other groups was 100 % survival rate.
