We use transfer matrix method(TMM) to investigate of photonic band structure and transmittance characteristic of 1D photonic crystal. There are three photonic crystal structures in our studies. First, we consider a filter structure, (AB)N ,where A=air ,B=single-negative material and N is the stack number. Second, we consider a filter structure, the Cantor set structure , (ABABBBABABBBBBBBBBABABBBABA)N, where A=single-negative material, B=air and N is the stack number. Third ,we consider a filter structure, (AB)NC(BA)NC(AB)N , where A and B are Dielectric material , C is single-negative material N is the stack number.
