Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 體育學系 === 104 === The purpose of the study is to understand the difference on female exercise participating behavior and satisfaction at Taipei sports center, and the subject of the study is the female users of 12 sports centers in Taipei. Using convenience sampling questionnaires to collect relevant information, the questionnaire includes three part, sports participation behavior, customer satisfaction and demographics respectively. 530 questionnaires were distributed, incomplete questionnaires were excluded. Therefor 466 questionnaires were returned and the return rate was 93.2% of valid. The results of the study were:(1)There are significant difference on customer satisfaction among age, education level, marital status, health self-evaluation and occupation. (2)There are significant difference on customer satisfaction among the purpose of exercise participation, daily using session, weekly using session, frequency, duration, participation consideration, willing on exercise, actual cost on exercise.
According to the results sports centers should strengthen and improve the follow-up, so that women can have better recreational venues and environment.
