The pretest-posttest single group quasi-experiment was used in the study. 51 elementary students in Taichung participated in this research, all of the students in the experiment have the experience of anti-drug activity conducted by school. Research instruments includes a multimedia learning material, a knowledge of anti-drug test, an attitude toward anti-drug questionnaire, and a learning satisfaction survey. The multimedia learning material includes "Drug Harmfulness and Abuse", "Knowledge of Drugs", and "Be Aware of Drugs". Instruments were verified through pre-trial (pilot) and experts’ reviews. The result showed that there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest both in anti-drug knowledge and in attitude toward anti-drugs.
