Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系 === 104 === This was a qualitative research that aims to discuss some relevant issues regarding career development and management of Taiwan Worldskills Autobody Repair contestants, also to understand their views of our government’s policy on WorldSkills contestant’s counseling and guidance. The target research participants were Taiwan Worldskills Autobody Repair contestants from the 32nd (1993) to the 43rd (2015) Worldskills Competitions and the study was completed by collecting information throughout semi-structured interview. After analyzed the collected data, this research concluded as follow: regards to career development, different experiences created each unique individual and that contributed to his own career development. As for career planning, most of them hope to become a teacher or a trainer. With regard to their opinion on Taiwan government’s policy of WorldSkills contestant’s counseling and guidance, while some of the research participants suggesting our government to take care of their career development, there are others tend to believe themselves in developing their own career.
