Education training is served as the mediation variable. Hierarchical regression is used to analyze the intervening effect coming from education training in core competency and job performance. The object of this study is the employees of domestic high-technology companys. The empirical data are collected by E-mail and mail. The total of the valid samples are 274. The results showed: (1) Training has a positive impact on core competency. (2) Training has a positive impact on job performance. (3) Core competency has a positive impact on job performance. (4) The mediation of training in perceived core competency effecting on job performance is is only partial. We hope that the results can be applied as a useful reference for corporate managers and human resources managers in the recruitment selection and management. In the end, we hope this study can enhance the job performance of all members in the organization.
