Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 科技應用與人力資源發展學系 === 104 === The banks in Taiwan are confronted with fierce competition because there are many banks and their environment as well as business patterns are ever-changing. Thus, the bank employees have been expected to show altruism organizational citizenship behaviors so that the banks can enhance their organizational capabilities during the change. This study aimed to explore the relationship among the bank employee’s job stress, self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behaviors. There were 369 questionnaires sent to banks’ official employees and 328 (91.6%) valid ones were returned. After conducting statistical analyses, the results of this study are as follows: (1) A negative relationship exits between job stress and organizational citizenship behaviors; (2) Self-efficacy significantly weakens the negative impact of job stress on organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, it is suggested that banks should simultaneously reduce their employees’ job stress and enhance employees’ self-efficacy to gain employees’ organizational citizenship behaviors.
