碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 經營與管理學系科技管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === The entrepreneurial have always been concerned about the issue of how SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) succeed in starting a business. Entrepreneurial process and working course of the enterprises have their signs to follow. This thesis is mainly based on the case study to discuss and analyze from entrepreneurial process to business success of SMEs. Take China Proudly Food Co. (Taiwan Soya-mixed Meat Museum) as an instance, the thesis focuses on the entrepreneurial process which makes the enterprise succeed in business, and on the entrepreneurship which helps the enterprise explore opportunities, identify opportunities, apply and use self-core competencies to create competitive advantages. Therefore, this study based on the entrepreneurship and resource-based theory provides literature background to the research and investigates the entrepreneurship of the founder of Chinese Proudly Food Co. and core competencies offered by government resources and assistance to create competitive advantages. In addition, in-depth interviews and in-depth studies are included to discuss and analyze the research and explore the successful key factors in entrepreneurial process of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises).
