In other words, our goal is to explore whether there is significant difference on cognition and attitude of students towards carbon footprint before and after carbon footprint curriculum. To fulfill this purpose, this research adopted experimental research and used the self- designed questionnaire titled "The Study and Analysis of Cognition and Attitude of Junior High School Students Toward Carbon Footprint", focusing on five dimensions: the concept of carbon footprint, the label of carbon, energy conservation and carbon reduction, the technology of green energy, and the attack of environment, involving junior high school students from two the third-grade classes of one public schools as research participants. SPSS statistic software was used to run one-sample t test and Pearson product-moment correlation and coefficient analysis. The results are as follows. First, on Cognition, there was significant difference between pretest and posttest score of carbon footprint, energy conservation and carbon reduction, and overall cognition of carbon footprint; there was not significant difference between pretest and posttest score of the label of carbon, the technology of green energy, and the attack of environment. Second, on Attitude, there was significant difference between pretest and posttest score of the label of carbon, energy conservation and carbon reduction, the technology of green energy, and the attack of environment; there was not significant difference between pretest and posttest score of carbon footprint. Last but not least, the cognition of carbon footprint, the label of carbon, energy conservation and carbon reduction, the technology of green energy, and the attack of environment is almost related to one another; the attitude of cognition of carbon footprint, the label of carbon, energy conservation and carbon reduction, the technology of green energy, and the attack of environment is almost related to one another.
