Two pieces deflectors are not the same size to cause different torgues to ture to stable position maintain peace wind distribution to supply more wind power for ein generator.whaterer the wind coming from som direction.the deflectors can automatically turn and keep same torgue. The simulation results show that larger fan deflector and smaller fan deflector can turn together.and turn from large torgue to small torgue or from smaller torgue to large torgue .It mean fan deflector can automatically turn and finally keep stable. A larger wind deflector will be converted from its large area and wind pressure upon on it.finally the stable fan deflectors can generate uniform wind distridution and supply continuously win power to fan generator to produce more electrity.
