It has a positive impact for enhancing students’ proper concepts of physical fitness, it also makes all students, parents and teachers more concern about and willing to pay attention to this policy as well to understand the requirements of high school enrollment. Hopefully, schools, parents and students will face up to physical fitness problem by trying to get the extra points of high school enrollment. This policy has begun to formally implement from the year of 2013. At the first year, there were 11 out of 15 districts which accepted physical fitness scoring as extra points of high school enrollment strategy. From now on, if students improve their physical fitness, it means the strategy encourages students doing exercise and paying attention to their health. Then the authorities should keep going on this strategy and even increase the percentage of excess ratio order scoring on physical fitness. This study gathered the samples from the year of 2012 to 2014 male and female students to analyze whether or not their physical fitness test results was better than the former years. All data was provided Physical Fitness Test Stations at Tainan City and was analyzed by using Descriptive Statistics and One-way ANOVA by SPSS software. This study concluded: Students including male and female from the year of 2014 performed the best on sit and reach; Female students from the year of 2012 had the best score on sit-ups but there was no significant among males; Males from the year of 2014 and females from the year of 2012 and 2014 scored the best on standing long jump; students from the year of 2014 also did the best on 800/1600 run.
