Fifty-five third graders from Tainan City were participanted in the study. A quasi-experimental, nonequivalent pretest-posttest research design was applied for collecting quantitative data. The experimental group received Splashtop Whiteboard as the instructional delivery tool, and the control group used interactive whiteboard. The findings of the study are indicated as follows: 1. The results of post test and deferred test of the experimental group students are statistically significant improved than the pretest. 2. There is no statistically significant different between the experimental group and control group in the learning effects and learning attitude. 3. The experimental group had positive perception about intergrating Splashtop Whiteboard into statistic chart lesson. 4. The teacher of experimental group had positive attitude toward the use of Splashtop Whiteboard in the classroom.
